About Us

Our Group is made up of highly skilled medical professionals who deeply value the health and well being of our elders. We take great pride in providing our community with high quality, patient-centric care and health education.

Proactive and preventative measures help keep our community healthier, and we work with that idea in mind.

Our approach is to provide our geriatric clients with end to end healthcare service to avoid the risky gaps that currently exist within the geriatric industry. Not only does our medical staff provide primary medical care in the convenience of your home but we are also your primary Physician during your care at the hospital, nursing home, assisted living facilities and rehabilitation centers. This A - Z comprehensive scope ensures the same medical team is connected and engaged with your family, health history, prescription background and your personal story. A thorough and inclusive approach for patients that deserve ONLY this elite level of care.

 Dr. James P. Floyd, DO

 Lead Physician

Dr. Floyd has over 30 years of medical experience. He received his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1989. He took his passion for the senior community even further by earning a Geriatric as well as a Hospice and Palliative Care certification in addition to his Internal Medicine certification. A prestigious triple-board certification he hopes to benefit his patients. Dr. Floyd's entrepreneurial roots began when he opened his first medical office in Shreveport, LA - Mid City Internal Medicine. He then moved to Florida to open Bradenton Geriatrics. It was there he discovered a flaw in the medical system for his geriatric patients. He’s not only passionate about the geriatric community but he is a sincere advocate for those he says “have come a long way and need our help”. During his spare time, he likes to read, spend time with his family and is an avid bird watcher.
