OUR CEO

Welcome to MSC. We are thrilled to have
you, especially as you are joining us during a most exciting time. A time where our business is rapidly growing thanks to the communities we serve. Our mission statement is supported by
the positive work culture here. We are committed to fostering a positive work environment and
creating a space where you can balance both work and life. So I wish for you not only a great
orientation week but a long and rewarding career here at MSC.

About MSC

In 2019, Dr. Floyd, exhausted from seeing the care his hospital patient received, approached Milande (entrepreneur) about these concerns. Milande, agreeing with the need for change, pursued the launch of Manatee Senior Care with Dr. Floyd’s support. They broke ground with the grand opening of their Sarasota office in February of 2020! During the Covid quarantine, Manatee Senior Care experienced an unprecedented amount of growth due to their services remaining active as EMERGENCY providers. We rose to the occasion during this unfortunate time and continued to see and care for patients in their home.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Here's what you can expect in your first 2 weeks.

The First Day

This day will cover onboarding, orientation and MSC's history. If you didn't get a chance to complete your entire onboarding process, relax because this day is allotted to give you time to finish this process as well as provide you support.

The First Week

Over the next few days, we will cover more information such as our strong culture, policies and role-specific trainings. By now, you should have completed shadowing to get a hands-on look on what our hard-working medical providers do at our partnered facilities.

The Second Week

During this week, we will continue to conduct role-specific trainings along with hands-on tasks to help further your knowledge in your role. Management and fellow team members will be sure to provide you with as much support needed.
